Rodney is designed to be used by the full range of users, or more precisely their divergent shapes, heights and sizes. CBS designers also took into account the diverse furniture types the product will be used with. A clever self-balancing tilt mechanism combats screen glare with seamless adjustment.

Rodney has been simplified so that there is no need for a separate arm and post, instead the two components have been designed into one single piece. As well as the aesthetic simplicity this brings to the product it also has logistical benefits: Rodney requires less packaging and less material is used in the product's manufacture. With desk clamp included, integrated cable management and security features as standard, the product is ready to install and use immediately with no add-ons required.
